Measuring Up is a graphite drawing printed on textured cream paper in a solid black A4 box frame; the girl is a separate wooden figure, printed and laser-cut from 3 mm birch plywood in our Lincolnshire workshop, standing against the left-hand side of the frame with her pencil touching the moulding.
