These terms apply to orders placed on nippedout.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, in which case you will be refunded in full. Prices include UK VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Made to order

Our pieces are made by hand from natural birch plywood and each one varies slightly in grain and edge colour. Photographs and renders on the site are a guide to the design, not an exact match.

Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, characters, product names and photographs on this site belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used to make similar products.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence, and we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for business losses. Our figures are decorative objects, not toys, and are not suitable for children under three.
