Delivery
Every piece is made to order in Lincolnshire and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery is by tracked courier; framed pieces travel in a rigid box with corner protection, figures in a flat kraft box. Delivery is free on UK orders over £45; otherwise it is £4.50. We will email you a tracking link when your order leaves us.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@nippedout.co.uk within 48 hours and we will replace it.

How big is the figure?
Our main character stands 10 cm tall; the smaller one 8 cm. In each listing we say how far she extends beyond the frame.
How do I hang it?
Each framed piece comes with a wall template, a hook and a fixing. The figure is already attached; there is nothing to assemble.
Is the figure fragile?
She is 3 mm birch plywood and tougher than she looks, but she is a small wooden person. Keep her out of reach of toddlers and dogs, and out of steamy bathrooms.
Can I move the figure to a different frame?
The Shelf Sitter and Peeker figures are designed to move around; the figures on framed pieces are fixed.
