Shipping

Everything is made to order in Lincolnshire and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking link when it leaves us.

UK delivery

Tracked courier, typically 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £45; £4.50 on orders under £45. Framed pieces travel in a rigid box with corner protection; figures in a flat kraft box.

Outside the UK

We are not shipping outside the UK yet. Email hello@nippedout.co.uk if you would like to be told when we do.

Problems

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@nippedout.co.uk with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
