Description
One of them has her face pressed to the crack between two pictures, squinting hard. The other is crouched just on the other side, finger to her lips.
Gap Peek is a pair of graphite drawings printed on textured cream paper in two solid black A4 box frames, hung side by side with a narrow gap between them. The two girls are separate wooden figures, printed and laser-cut from 3 mm birch plywood in our Lincolnshire workshop: the seeker leans in to peer through the gap, and her little sister hides on the next frame, hoping not to be spotted.
What you get
- Two black box frames, each with an A4 (210 x 297 mm) picture area, ready to hang
- Two printed wooden figures: the seeker about 9 cm tall, leaning, and the hider about 6 cm crouching, fixed to the frames
- Hanging fixings and a wall template for spacing the pair
